Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Atmosphere Commercial Interiors. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget for client projects to ensure customer satisfaction and increase gross profit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project schedules and timelines, establish and coordinate delivery phasing of product with service providers, and coordinate and lead project team meetings.
  • Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact with project teams, clients, and contractors, and ensure accurate information is communicated to all internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Product Specification: Specify product utilizing existing specification tools, processes, and inventory of clients-owned product, and identify and specify new standard product to fulfill project requirements.
  • Financial Management: Accurately create bills of materials, quotes, and orders for clients, gather lead times from vendors, and manage budget to actual costs for each project.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project progress utilizing risk reporting tools, and consistently communicate on-going order status, progress, and issues with the team and client.
  • Installation Management: Create installation packages, schedule and facilitate pre-install meetings with project teams, contractors, and other labor trades, and review project requirements and communicate work plans with install leads.
  • Client Coordinator Functions: Enter new client quotes, update existing client quotes, monitor orders and shipments to ensure timely deliveries, and research and resolve punch list issues as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in the construction or commercial interiors industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, skilled at developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with clients, team members, and partners, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Education: 4-year degree.
  • Certifications: Project Management Certification.
