Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printing Press Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating our flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate flexographic printing presses to produce labels in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Monitor and maintain press conditions to ensure optimal print quality and efficiency.
  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Complete make-ready procedures in accordance with job tickets and product specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience as a printing press operator or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
