The Site Director will oversee the daily operations of our afterschool program, located in Suffolk, VA. Candidates should possess prior experience in childcare management and demonstrate leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fellow staff and leadership to ensure smooth program operations.

  • Create a nurturing environment that promotes positive relationships among staff, children, and parents.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a childcare management role or relevant educational background.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
  • Successful completion of a background check as per state regulations.
