Breva is a vibrant neighborhood brasserie located on the iconic Brighton Beach boardwalk. Our restaurant serves New American cuisine and craft cocktails while offering stunning ocean views.

We are seeking a charismatic and efficient Beachside Ambassador to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door.

• Create a warm atmosphere by warmly welcoming guests as they enter/exit the restaurant.
• Manage reservations effectively, especially during peak hours, and record details accurately in the system.
• Prioritize seating arrangements based on reservations and walk-ins, ensuring an optimal dining experience.
• Optimize table turnover to ensure efficient use of dining space.
• Provide accurate wait times for guests and keep them informed about the status of their reservations.

• Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, special requests, or other information.
• Collaborate with servers to ensure a smooth and coordinated dining experience.
• Communicate table assignments and special requests to the serving staff.
• Keep the lobby or waiting area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Recognize and acknowledge repeat or VIP guests by providing a personalized and attentive experience.
• Promote specials, promotions, or additional services to guests when appropriate.

• 1+ years in a Host role in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of Reservation systems, OpenTable preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
