About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric mental health services to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and regulatory requirements in psychiatric mental health nursing.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in one or more US states.
  • Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
  • Strong background in medication management and therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
