The Registered Nurse (RN) role encompasses the responsibility of executing assigned tasks and duties in alignment with prevailing federal and state regulations, as well as established organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities - Registered Nurse (RN):

  • Conduct regular rounds to assess and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
  • Prepare and administer medications as per established protocols
  • Implement treatment plans
  • Engage in consultations with medical professionals
  • Maintain communication with nursing leadership and team members

Qualifications - Registered Nurse (RN):

  • Experience in long-term care settings is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a long-term care environment
  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state of practice
  • Ability to operate independently with strong organizational capabilities
  • Exhibit sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Possess excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
