Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room, ensuring the safety and well-being of our pediatric patients.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse in a pediatric cardiovascular operating room setting.
  • Active registered nurse licensure in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
  • Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
