POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Culinary Team Member will ensure the delivery of high-quality service and consistent food products. This role involves assisting the kitchen staff with the daily operations and maintenance of the kitchen facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Prepare and cook food items
  • Serve food in appropriate portion sizes and at the correct temperatures
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all kitchen equipment and serving areas
  • Manage inventory levels in the stock room
  • Clean the kitchen area before and after service hours
  • Sanitize and store kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes
  • Perform additional related tasks as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to comprehend and follow both verbal and written instructions
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and some weekdays
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management skills
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to endure extreme temperature conditions
  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling is required
