About the Role:

Culinary Aides play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive safe, nutritious, and delicious meals. As a Culinary Aide at EagleCare LLC, you will assist with meal preparation and service, helping to maintain a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with culinary leaders to meet the needs of residents and provide a positive dining experience.
  • Assist in preparing and portioning meal items according to the menu and resident diet requirements.
  • Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
  • Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
  • Clean equipment as needed, maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling, unless required by State and Federal agencies. Certifications can be earned while employed with EagleCare LLC.
  • Preferred: Prior restaurant server experience.
  • Required: Commitment to customer service.
  • Required: Willingness to perform routine tasks and effectively work alongside culinary team and leaders.
