BCI - Brokerage Consultants Inc. is seeking a seasoned VP of Investor Relations to develop and implement strategies for managing external investor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with senior management to develop and execute IR strategies, as well as creating and disseminating investor communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute IR strategies in collaboration with senior management
  • Create and disseminate investor communications, including quarterly reports, co-investment teasers, and fundraising pitch decks
  • Work with the deal team to develop teasers for individual co-investment deals and review/edit marketing materials
  • Organize and manage data rooms, schedule and attend meetings with investors, and contact investors with co-investment marketing materials
  • Lead co-investment calls with investors and prepare timelines and assign responsibilities for gathering data and preparing marketing materials
  • Develop and maintain deep cross-functional relationships with investment, back office, legal, IR, BD, ESG, and ops teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, finance, or a relevant field
  • 7+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in IR
  • Prior PE experience, including extensive LP relationships, understanding of PE funds and portfolios, and the fundraising process
  • Direct experience raising equity capital from investors or managing IR within a private or public company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong quantitative skills
