Position Summary:
The Senior CRM Marketing Strategist is tasked with developing comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that effectively engage our clients' target audiences. This role focuses on the strategic development and identification of opportunities for direct digital marketing initiatives, encompassing the entire customer journey from initial engagement to ongoing loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owned Channel Strategy Development: Formulate strategic recommendations for owned channels such as email, push notifications, and direct messaging to optimize performance across various client business lines.
  • Audience Behavior Analysis: Gain a profound understanding of audience behaviors using first-party data, alongside established models for audience management.
  • Creative Direction: Craft insightful creative briefs that guide creative teams in producing effective campaign assets tailored to specific channels.
  • Performance Reporting: Collaborate with analytics teams to transform performance data into actionable insights that drive strategic recommendations.
  • Client Business Acumen: Acquire an in-depth understanding of the client's industry and unique business dynamics.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in various formats.
  • Proficient in utilizing analytics to derive actionable insights from marketing performance data.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of advancing projects independently.
  • Skilled in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to extract valuable insights.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in managing owned-channel marketing initiatives, particularly in email marketing.
  • Expertise in various addressable channels, including SMS and web personalization.
  • Experience in audience database analysis to drive growth.
  • Proficient in deploying and managing automated email marketing systems.
