Therapeutic Technician Lead

Northern Light Acadia Hospital is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Technician I to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic care and support to patients with mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual disorders.
About the PositionThe Psychiatric Technician I will work closely with professional staff to assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote recovery and stabilization. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring patients' physical and emotional well-being
- Responding to patient needs and concerns
- Maintaining a safe and respectful environment
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience working in a psychiatric setting is highly desirable.
