Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this Psychiatric Technician I position is $55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
In this role, you will function as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, providing therapeutic care and support to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual disorders. You will work closely with professional staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and ensure the provision of high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with professional staff to monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being and identify potential concerns or issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote patient engagement, motivation, and participation in treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and respond to inquiries from family members or other stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills related to behavioral health care and treatment modalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in behavioral health principles and practices. A High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED) is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with vulnerable populations is also essential.
