As a Hospitality Associate, you will be the face of Vivant and our boots on the ground throughout the city, providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Respond to day-to-day guest requests, issues, and other outreach using the Vivant Service Principles, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
- Guiding Guests: Guide guests through the Vivant experience, ensuring they have an amazing first impression and a smooth stay.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot minor maintenance and technology issues, such as upholstery stain removal, light bulb replacements, access to units, wifi connectivity, and overseeing contractor appointments.
- Quality Audits: Perform housekeeping quality audits and inventory checks in our units to ensure that hospitality standards are met consistently and robust feedback to our vendors is relayed in a timely fashion.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory duties such as preparing turnover kits, receiving deliveries, and tracking linen/consumables use.
- Working Spaces: Maintain and organize working spaces, including office, storage closets, warehouse, and others, as assigned.
- Travel: Travel to multiple Vivant properties throughout the local market, as required, using company vehicle.
- Guest-Centric Mindset: Possess a guest-centric and positive mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Organizational Skills: Be organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift/carry items and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- Requirements: This position requires a smartphone and a car in select markets, with a valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
- Experience: Experience working in hospitality, service, and/or customer experience is preferred, but not required.
- Competitive Salary: Up to $43,000/year salary and weekly payroll.
