Position Overview

Salary: $14.50/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11pm

Compensation: $14/hr base pay plus a $0.50 shift differential

Role Responsibilities

As a member of the Molding Department, you will be engaged in various essential tasks, including:

  • Loading materials into hoppers for processing.
  • Carefully handling and positioning products onto designated skids or trays as outlined in operational control plans.
  • Conducting visual inspections of parts to identify any defects such as excessive burrs or chips.
  • Performing inspections on parts as required by control plans.
  • Taking immediate action to halt equipment if non-conforming products are detected.
  • Reporting any issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Completing necessary hold tags when applicable.
  • Storing products in the designated hold area if required.
  • Filling out daily production reports as mandated.
