About the Role:

A Barista at Scooter's Coffee is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing fast, friendly service and high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests, providing personalized service and hospitality.
• Learn guest names and drink preferences to offer tailored recommendations.
• Manage transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and operate equipment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of service and quality.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other duties as required.
