As a Sales Supervisor, your primary role will be to create a welcoming environment and deliver an outstanding experience to every member and first-time visitor. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Overseeing the lead management process: engaging with prospects interested in experiencing Orangetheory, scheduling their initial class, and ensuring they receive an exceptional introduction to our services. Providing membership information based on the recommendations of Group Fitness Coaches.
  • Responding to member inquiries promptly and addressing any concerns effectively.
  • Ensuring adherence to brand standards by following all OTF protocols and procedures. Maintaining an organized front desk and prioritizing tasks throughout your shift as needed.
  • Greeting members by name and accurately tracking class attendance. Creating memorable experiences for members by celebrating special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and personal achievements.
  • Staying informed about all studio activities: current promotions, fitness challenges, off-site events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently and taking responsibility for your contributions to the studio's overall success.
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferred 4 years of experience in customer service.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Comfortable utilizing new technologies, smartphones, and computers.
  • Must possess a growth mindset and a passion for assisting others.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage member inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Compensation: Hourly rate plus individual commission
