Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and sales excellence.
  • Supervise and coach store associates to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support the General Manager in managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
