About the Role

As a Financial Business Partner at UCB, you will play a key role in supporting the Immunology business unit in a wise and analytical capacity. You will have a seat at the table maintaining strong alignment with the Finance Department as a key point of contact within Finance for the asset and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead the interpretation of data and presenting high-value analysis by independently organizing and supporting the Business Unit's Finance and Strategic Planning functions
Proactively identify opportunities to elevate and lead the performance of financial improvement opportunities
Provide strong financial and strategic acumen in support of market growth
Be a liaison between their Business Unit and the broader finance teams offering detailed analytics, advocating, and gaining insight into supporting the business as a whole

Requirements

Minimum of 7+ years' experience in finance and/or finance analysis
Bachelor's in finance and/or accounting
Preferred: MBA and/or CPA
Experience in pharmaceuticals/healthcare
