Compensation:
Starting at $22.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM

Training:
All new hires will receive thorough on-the-job training to ensure success in their role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient transport requests via air ambulance.
  • Engage with customers and coordinate aircraft arrivals.
  • Monitor helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft during flights.
  • Collaborate with pilots, medical personnel, and maintenance teams to ensure safe and timely patient transport.

Work Environment:
The Communication Center operates in a fast-paced atmosphere, requiring both individual initiative and teamwork.

Shift Details:
Employees will work 12-hour shifts, totaling 7 shifts within a 14-day pay period, allowing for a balanced work/life schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in dispatch or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation.
  • Capacity to think quickly and act under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
