Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Motion & Control Enterprises. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned territories.

About You:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in an industrial setting is required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring that terms and conditions meet company requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering and technical teams, to provide solutions to customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits:

Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
