About the Role

As a Hospice RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, coordinating with healthcare teams, and supporting patients' loved ones. Your clinical expertise and empathetic nature will enable you to build strong relationships with our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive patient care services, including pain management, symptom control, and emotional support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients' caregivers on caregiving techniques and resources.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication among care providers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid RN license in the state of employment (or eligibility to obtain).
  • At least 1 year of experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology nursing.
  • Strong clinical skills, compassion, and excellent communication abilities.
