About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome patients and visitors, providing outstanding customer service.
2. Accurately enter and update patient information to ensure complete registration.
3. Gather necessary documentation and confirm that all signatures are obtained.
4. Inform patients about their financial responsibilities and process payments accurately.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
6. Assist with wayfinding and provide essential hospital information as needed.
7. Coordinate patient admissions and manage bed assignments effectively.
8. Maintain high standards of accuracy in audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications:
