Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in directing and overseeing all front of the house F&B operations to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Provide oversight and recommendations on beverage menus and menu execution.
  • Interact with guests, clients, and owners to monitor and assess satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements accordingly.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Perform general management duties, including systems management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Evaluate and ensure team productivity through regular audits and supervision of daily operations.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in front-of-house operations in a Food and Beverage establishment.
  • Excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system.
  • Must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Food Handlers Card
  • OLCC Certification

Working Conditions:

  • Indoor/outdoor working environment, exposed to heat from cooking equipment and outdoor temperatures.
  • Varying schedule to include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates.
