Associate Director, Tax Proposal Ops

About the Role:

KPMG is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Tax Proposal Operations team. As a key member of our Global Mobility Services practice, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining proposal templates, leading Go-To-Market initiatives, and driving the execution of the pursuit process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with tax proposal ops team leader and service line/practice leadership to develop and update proposal templates
  • Lead Go-To-Market initiatives for larger client pursuits, providing guidance on proposal strategy, writing, design, and orals coaching support
  • Engage in strategic proposals for global mobility, managing the pursuit workplan, drafting the proposal outline, and pulling together proposal content for team review
  • Contribute to the development of compelling executive summaries and other sections to persuade potential clients to choose KPMG
  • Attend proposal team calls and pursuit debrief calls, assisting with drafting orals maps and offering feedback on orals collateral

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of experience in proposal management, knowledge management, and/or marketing/writing/communications
  • Some supervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, or relevant field from an accredited college or university
  • Experience leading Go-To-Market initiatives working with larger sized client pursuits
  • Global mobility experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
