Description:KPMG is a leading provider of audit, tax, and advisory services. We are seeking a Tax Proposal Operations Manager to join our Global Mobility Services practice within our Tax organization.
The successful candidate will work with the tax proposal operations team leader and service line/practice leadership to create and maintain proposal templates, provide guidance on proposal strategy, writing, design, and orals coaching support, and engage in strategic proposals for global mobility.
The Tax Proposal Operations Manager will lead initial discussions with the team on value proposition to be covered in proposal documents and at oral presentations, contribute to the development of compelling executive summaries, and attend proposal team calls and pursuit debrief calls.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of recent proposal management, knowledge management, and/or marketing/writing/communications experience, with some supervisory experience preferred. A bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, or a relevant field from an accredited college or university is required. Global mobility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:- Work with the tax proposal operations team leader and service line/practice leadership to create and maintain proposal templates.
