Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a LPN Supervisor to oversee our Assisted Living facility's nursing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Nursing in the strategic planning, organization, and execution of daily nursing department activities.
  • Conduct admission evaluations, annual reviews, and assessments for changes in resident conditions.
  • Prepare annual health assessments and family notification communications.
  • Document and report any omissions in care.
  • Prepare for and assist physicians during weekly rounds, maintaining updated medical records.
  • Develop initial care plans for new admissions and make necessary updates.
  • Collaborate on monthly care plan reviews as required.

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license with a minimum of two years of experience in Assisted Living settings.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
