Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care in accordance with established standards and practices, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Perform phlebotomy skills and administer immunizations as needed.
  • Utilize good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize patient care.
  • Work effectively under pressure and handle stressful conditions due to workload.
  • Operate PCs and MS Office applications, with previous EMR experience preferred.
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with patients, physician staff, and center teammates in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Exercise good problem-solving skills, initiative, and judgment to make appropriate decisions for patient care.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior, adhering to the importance of patient confidentiality.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours and schedules as needed by the Center.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a current LPN license registered with the state board of nursing.
  • Credentialed in Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • At least two years' previous experience in ambulatory health care or public health nursing preferred.
