As a key member of our retail security team, the Multi-Store Investigator plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. This position requires travel to multiple locations, overseeing the detection and apprehension of shoplifters and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Detect and Apprehend Shoplifters
- Utilize visual observation and CCTV monitoring to identify and apprehend shoplifters in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Investigate Incidents
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, including reviewing CCTV footage and interviewing witnesses.
- Collaborate with Law Enforcement
- Work closely with law enforcement agencies to provide testimony and support in court cases.
- Provide Training and Support
- Assist in the training and development of store detectives, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Communicate Effectively
- Communicate effectively with customers, law enforcement personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and secure shopping experience.
