Job Title: School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team at Soliant Health. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services to individuals of all ages.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to individuals with communication difficulties, targeting goals and objectives as outlined in their treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of therapy sessions and progress.

Requirements:

  • Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathologists in Arizona.
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Experience working with schools and IEPs preferred.
