Facility Maintenance Technician

At MA Builds LLC, we're seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities in the Kent and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance duties, including repairs and preventive maintenance, to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
  • Handle on-call duties and respond to emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete work orders in accordance with company and property standards, ensuring high-quality results and attention to detail.
  • Participate in preventive maintenance programs to preserve and maintain the assets of our properties.
  • Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing tasks, and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Professional knowledge of business discipline and ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Independent operator with strong organizational skills, ability to establish priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to respond to unexpected issues and handle priority changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with onsite staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to lift/exert 50 lbs. of force and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driver's License required.
