About the Role

Sysco is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on all fleet vehicles and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medium/Heavy Duty truck technical training preferred.
  • Current and valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
  • Basic knowledge and skill of all vehicle systems and components.
  • Basic knowledge and skill in diagnosis and repair of electrical systems.
