Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team at Westhab Inc. This role will be responsible for handling all benefits administration and related tasks, serving as the point person for benefits-related inquiries, and partnering with the human resources team to communicate benefits overview and eligibility requirements to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor employee benefits enrollments, verify deductions, and address discrepancies on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Reconcile monthly billing invoices for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, and dependent care coverage.
  • Ensure accurate records of leaves of absence, including FMLA, non-FMLA, Paid Family Leave, disability, workers compensation, and personal leaves.
  • Participate in open enrollment and new staff orientation presentations, providing guidance on benefit plans and enrollment procedures.
  • Assist with ACA reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or three or more years of experience in a benefits administrator capacity.
  • ADP Workforce Now and Comprehensive Benefits experience required.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formatting and formulas, and other Microsoft Office experience a plus.
