Job Description

As a Sales Producer at Farmers Tucson, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and offering tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs. You will prospect and contact potential customers through leads, networking, and referrals, and prepare and present quotes to close sales.

  • Conduct coverage assessments to understand customer needs and present insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial lines.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention, collaborating with team members and participating in training programs to enhance your skills.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Personal Lines Insurance license, as well as previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, with proficiency in computer systems and software.
