Job Summary

We are seeking an Insurance Business Development Professional to join our team in Tucson. This role will be responsible for driving insurance sales among potential clients and growing existing portfolios of policyholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals.
  • Pursue new clients through various marketing strategies, offering personalized attention to grow your portfolio of policyholders.
  • Listen to existing, new, and prospective clients to evaluate their needs and stage-of-life priorities before presenting insurance plan options.
  • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer's individual needs.
  • Stay abreast of changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients.
Requirements
  • Able to learn and understand state and federal regulations affecting insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole.
  • Valid insurance license required or willingness to obtain one.
  • Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory.
  • Superb communication skills with the ability to analyze complex ideas like insurance programs.
