Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thorough service and support to clients during on-site visits and in-house repairs.
  • Utilize the company CRM effectively for service quotations, tracking repair progress, and maintaining a troubleshooting log.
  • Perform on-site installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance with accuracy and expertise.
  • Manage a travel schedule of up to 50%, including planning, documenting customer issues, ordering parts, and making travel arrangements.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Keep detailed service and expense reports, while actively promoting our service offerings.
  • Follow all company procedures and protocols, encouraging teamwork and information sharing within the technical team.
  • Understand and fulfill customer needs, offering high-quality recommendations and briefings.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of field service experience, with a solid background in troubleshooting and servicing technical equipment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adaptability and willingness to adjust to changing schedules.
  • Readiness to travel, including overnight stays, for service and maintenance tasks.
  • Team-oriented approach with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work with electronic schematics, testing equipment, and repair tools.
  • Associate's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Valid driver's license.
