Construction Project Coordinator

HITT Contracting, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and pay applications.
- Assist in creating and managing project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Collaborate with project superintendents and site operations teams to ensure project logistics are well-coordinated.
- Assist in managing the closeout process and ensuring project completion meets HITT's standards.
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
