Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team at Anchor Construction and Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with our design team to develop architectural concepts and translate them into detailed design drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural concepts and translate them into detailed design drawings and specifications.
  • CAD and BIM Software: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD to create accurate and precise architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
  • Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards while developing architectural designs.
  • Site Analysis: Conduct site analysis to understand the context, topography, and environmental factors that may impact the design process.
  • Space Planning: Determine the optimal allocation and organization of spaces within a building, considering functionality, circulation, and user requirements.
  • Material and Finishes Selection: Research and select appropriate building materials, finishes, and interior elements that meet project requirements and budget constraints.
  • Construction Documentation: Prepare construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules, to communicate design intent to contractors and facilitate the construction process.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integration and coordination throughout all project phases.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring project progress, to ensure timely and successful project completion.
