The Director of Nursing oversees the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities:

  • Directs the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents
  • Maintains quality care consistent with company and regulatory standards
  • Assumes daily operations responsibilities in the absence of Executive Director
  • A full job description, including all responsibilities and physical requirements will be provided during the interview process upon request

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
  • Valid State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current CPR certification
  • 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care; Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred
  • Supervises nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible
  • Proficient in the use of personal computers
  • Ability to travel, including overnight stays
  • Regular attendance required
