We are seeking an exceptional Family Physician to lead our health center as a medical director, providing advanced primary care services and prioritizing patient access and health outcomes.
This role involves managing a smaller patient panel, fostering a collaborative team environment, and enhancing healthcare delivery. Prioritizing Patient Access and Health Outcomes:
The Family Physician - Health Center Medical Director at Marathon Health engages in delivering top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and reduced overall health costs. We offer providers:
- Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
- More time with your patients: appointments range from 20 to 60 minutes
- Fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks

Benefits Package:
- Non-production-based compensation package
- Comprehensive benefits, including CME, medical license, DEA, and malpractice coverage

Salary Range: $225,000 - $250,000/yr
The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive.

Experience and Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Active state license required; DEA preferred
- Board certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
