Chief Nursing Officer

We are seeking a visionary Chief Nursing Officer to spearhead our nursing department and drive quality care initiatives at Brickyard Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record in nursing management, with 1-3 years of experience in long-term care or acute care settings. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff, ensuring seamless delivery of care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- A graduate degree in Nursing or a related field
- Proven experience in nursing management, with a focus on quality improvement and patient safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel, including overnight stays
