Waiver Specialist

The Waiver Analyst position at Badger Daylighting Corp plays a crucial role in the company's Credit and Collections Department. Reporting to the Credit and Collections Manager/Supervisor, this individual will be responsible for executing Conditional/Unconditional Waivers, Payment Applications, and Sworn Statements.

This position requires strong analytical skills to investigate Accounts Receivable, validate pertinent information on documents, and understand various Portals for entering and uploading Waiver and Payment Application information.

• Execute Conditional/Unconditional Waivers, Payment Applications, and Sworn Statements.
• Investigate Accounts Receivable to validate pertinent information on documents.
• Understand and use multiple Portals for entering and uploading Waiver and Payment Application information.
• Maintain records to track billings and payments on large projects to ensure overall accuracy is attained.
• Work closely with the contracts department to review contractual requirements and implement billing requirements correctly.
• Act as Liaison regarding all lien matters, including filing, executing, or releasing them.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of similar job-related experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting practices.
• Construction accounting experience a plus but not required.
• Current notary a plus but not required.
