As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
Your primary duties will include:
- Overseeing the quality of patient treatment and care.
- Managing staffing and administrative functions of a nursing unit or floor.
- Promoting a collaborative team environment that recognizes and rewards outstanding patient care.
As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor, you will be a licensed registered nurse responsible for the management of financial, human, and other resources to ensure high-quality patient care within your designated area throughout a 24-hour cycle.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Master's Degree in Nursing, with a preference for Nursing Administration.
- A valid State Issued RN license.
- A minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience, including clinical practice in a hospital setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Conditions of Employment

Employment will commence only after successful completion of all three checks.
