Job Title: Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management

The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our university's enrollment management strategy.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management will provide strategic leadership and direction to our enrollment management efforts, with a focus on achieving successful enrollment and completion outcomes for our undergraduate students. This role will require a deep understanding of enrollment management principles, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enrollment management strategy that aligns with the university's mission and goals.
  • Lead a team of enrollment management professionals to achieve enrollment and retention targets.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative leaders to develop and implement data-driven enrollment management initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for enrollment management initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to campus leaders on enrollment management-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Higher Education or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in enrollment management, with a focus on strategic planning and leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving enrollment and retention targets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a higher education setting.
  • Knowledge of enrollment management principles and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience leading a team of professionals.
