Job Summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning
    • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patient needs and promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Medication Administration and Management
    • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
    • Manage patient medication regimens to ensure safe and effective use.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Accurately document patient information, including medical history, medications, and treatment plans.
    • Prepare and submit reports to physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which the nurse practices.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience and Skills
    • One year of prior Registered Nurse experience preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
