Nurse Practitioner

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Care Planning
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patient needs and promote optimal health outcomes.
- Medication Administration and Management
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Manage patient medication regimens to ensure safe and effective use.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Accurately document patient information, including medical history, medications, and treatment plans.
- Prepare and submit reports to physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Education and Licensure
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience and Skills
- One year of prior Registered Nurse experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
