Key Responsibilities:
- Quality and Safety: Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in patient care, adhering to hospital protocols and infection prevention guidelines.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices, and mentor new staff members to promote a culture of excellence.
- Patient Advocacy: Develop and implement individualized care plans, communicate effectively with patients and families, and advocate for patient needs.
- Critical Care Nursing: Maintain expertise in critical care nursing, monitor patient conditions, administer medication, and work autonomously when necessary.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.
- License/Certification: New Hampshire RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS required, CCRN preferred.
- Experience: 1+ year of Medical Surgical Nursing and 1+ year of Critical Care experience preferred.
