Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Dayton Children's. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes, and promoting a culture of compassion and respect within the NICU.

Requirements
  • Dedication to acquiring a Bachelor of Science in Nursing within 5 years of hire.
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nursing.
  • Registered Nursing license in the State of Ohio.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Our NICU is a Level III unit, providing comprehensive care to premature and critically ill newborns.

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
