Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our Cardiac Telemetry team at Mercy Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including STEMI, post-cardiac catheterization care, CHF, arrhythmia, and blood pressure management.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician or nurse manager.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Current LPN license in the state of hire.
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire.
