LPN Opportunities in Washington State

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking skilled LPNs to join our team. As a LPN at Mercy, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Incentives:
Experienced LPNs can receive a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 for select departments. Graduate LPNs can receive a sign-on bonus of $5,000. Additionally, Mercy offers relocation assistance up to $3,000 per policy, a Stay Premium Program with up to $8/hour based on years of Mercy service, education assistance, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO/vacation time, and employer-matched retirement funds.

Departments:
Cardiac Telemetry, Medical Surgical, Medical Surgical- Adults/Peds

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. LPNs must be personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.

Physical Requirements/Demands:
LPNs must be able to stand/walk most of the time on duty, with significant bending and stooping, lifting, and turning patients with assistance. LPNs must also be able to push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.

Experience:
New or experienced LPNs are welcome to apply. LPNs must have Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire. Additional certifications may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe.
