We are seeking a talented Senior Verification Engineer for High Bandwidth Memory Design to join our innovative and dynamic team. As a key member of our verification team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive verification plans for HBM Interface die, designing and implementing testbenches and verification environments using industry-standard tools and methodologies, and collaborating closely with design engineers to identify and resolve design issues and discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans for HBM Interface die.
  • Design and implement testbenches and verification environments using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure designs meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with design engineers to identify and resolve design issues and discrepancies.
  • Analyze and debug simulation results, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain and update verification documentation, including test plans, test cases, and verification reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with defining block, sub-system and full-chip top level test plans.
  • Previous work experience in ASIC or Memory verification.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of verification methodologies flows and quality metrics.
  • Great debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in AMS, High speed SerDes, PHY verification and co-sim.
  • Experience with memory controller, UCIe, PCIe/CXL IP/sub-systems.
  • Experience in SystemVerilog, PLI coding.
  • Experience in UVM Test Bench.
  • Good understanding of CMOS circuit design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A self-motivated, phenomenal teammate who enjoys working with others.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts with peers in verbal and written form.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant Verification experience.
  • Job title and level can scale depending on experience and qualifications.

Additional Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $109,000.00 - $242,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses, and equity.
